Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

The short version: Zuri is free educational guidance for surgical patients. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for your surgeon's instructions.

Agreement

By using Zuri — including the app at app.meetzuri.com and the site at meetzuri.com — you agree to these terms.

What Zuri is

Zuri is a free educational tool that organizes common post-operative recovery milestones by day. It is designed for educational purposes and personal organization only.

Zuri is not:

Your responsibility

You are responsible for following your surgeon's instructions at all times. If you experience symptoms that concern you, contact your surgeon or seek emergency care immediately. Do not rely on Zuri to make that decision for you.

No medical relationship

Using Zuri does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind. The information in Zuri is not reviewed or approved by any physician familiar with your individual case.

Recovery Reports

The Recovery Report is for informational purposes and to facilitate conversation with your care team. It does not constitute a clinical assessment.

Availability

Zuri is provided free of charge on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within Zuri is owned by Zuri. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

Changes to these terms

Continued use of Zuri after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
